Accessibility

We want dopamine.co.uk to be usable by everyone. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we do

• Every tool and interactive can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus.
• Buttons, sliders and results are labelled for screen readers, and results are announced when they appear.
• Text meets contrast guidelines, and meaning is never shown by colour alone — grades always carry a letter and a word.
• Every page opens with a plain-English summary, and you can choose how much detail to read.
• Animations are minimal and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• We use no video or audio today; if we add any, it will have captions and transcripts.

Known limitations

The interactive tools need JavaScript; each one links to a text page covering the same evidence. We are working through a full audit and will list any issues here.
